Day 458 - You're Not Doing It Right

On a recent conference trip, no fewer than four speakers spoke about the so-called Imposter Syndrome as being part of their career story.

Among an audience of card-carrying high achievers, CVs dripping with credentials, feeling like a fraud seemed to be the order of the day. It was the case in point that the imposter experience is not one of low self-esteem but rather of ambitious, action-oriented self-doubters.

My one provocation to everyone on the whole thing:

If you never feel like an imposter, are you really working on something worthy of your efforts?
