Day 379 - Transparency

Neglect is perhaps scarier than any sort of attack.

By a similar chord, no one likes to be shut out. Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) rears many an ugly head. And when it comes to team leadership, failing to share the bigger picture of your plans can leave some of those in your care feeling left out.

You have a choice. You can justify decisions made or assume that they will be taken as gospel. You can share your reasoning or lazily decide that none is necessary.

There is a thin line between treating team members as subordinates and treating them (more deservedly) as supported equals…
