Day 632 - A Productive Road

On the journey towards delivering a workshop, you are fashioning a promise to help someone reframe certain thought processes. A the same time, your job is not to convince anyone of anything.

You, as the facilitator, are setting the scene for revelations to come after your workshop ends, not necessarily during it.

The revelation is not yours to gift, or force, or steal. You are the catalyst, not the transformation.

The joy of this coaching worldview lies in the fires of magic you then get to see as they burn bright. You were never the fuel, those in your care already had that. You were the spark that kindled what they could only ever achieve on their own.

Consider your ability to coach, beyond management, beyond mentorship.
